The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority has launched a new programme to nurture Emirati musical talent, aiming to strengthen the city’s position as a global hub for the creative economy. This is reported by the

The initiative seeks to identify and develop young musicians, refining their skills and contributing fresh energy to the cultural and creative scene. It falls under the umbrella of a wider cultural grant scheme designed to support innovation and sustainability in the arts.
Participants will take part in workshops led by professional musicians, equipping them with advanced practical and theoretical knowledge to support their artistic development.
Officials emphasised the importance of providing platforms to foster homegrown talent, highlighting the initiative as a milestone in offering comprehensive musical education and celebrating global cultural heritage.
