Hoosen says when he is elected as mayor, it will not matter where one lives or what they look like.
“We will fight for the residents of this city to ensure that they have decent facilities, decent services, streetlights that work and no potholes in the city of Durban. This is the basic service delivery that we will get right, and you know there was a time when people from all over the world travelled to this city to enjoy our beautiful beaches and warm weather. Today, people are swimming in the sewer,” adds Hoosen.
