Brazil and Belarus win gold and silver at Beach Soccer World Cup

Brazil won the World Beach Soccer Cup, beating Belarus 4:3. This is reported by

It is noted that Brazil became the owner of the championship title for the second time in a row. The national team of the country confidently passed the group stage, defeating Italy, El Salvador, and Oman. The biggest win was an 11-1 victory over the Omani team. In the quarter-finals, the Brazilians beat Spain with a score of 6:0, in the semifinals – Portugal.
Belarus, in turn, became a medalist of the World Cup for the first time. President of the country Aleksander Lukashenko congratulated the team on this result. The team retained the championship in the group stage, defeating the teams of Seychelles (6:3), Japan (6:3) and Guatemala (12:3). In the quarter-finals, the Belarusians beat Iran 4:3, and in the semi-finals – Senegal (5:2).
