Chairperson of South African International eCommerce: entry into BRICS provides South Africa opportunity to access new emerging markets
Expert underlines that BRICS trade agreements offer reduced or zero tariffs on various goods among member countries
The entry into BRICS was a landmark for South Africa, strengthening political, social and economic global position stated Dudley Filippa, the chairperson of South African International eCommerce (SAIEA).
“This provided South Africa with an enviable opportunity to access new emerging markets, with potential growth, economic diversification and synergies across several sectors of our economy,” he added.
