The first international festival
Russian Seasons Arabia will take place in Dubai (UAE) on 27–28 November 2025, bringing together representatives of culture, art and business from Russia and the Middle East. The TV BRICS International Media Network will act as the international information partner of the event.
The programme will feature an exhibition of Russian and Emirati masters, artisans, designers, and artists, as well as business discussions on cooperation prospects, the specifics of the Middle Eastern market, and export opportunities.
President of the Russian Seasons project Daria Matsievskaya, in an exclusive comment to TV BRICS, noted that the initiative has practical significance not only for cultural exchange but also for strengthening business ties.

She added that the festival also aims to shape a holistic image of modern Russia. According to her, the organisers seek to present the country as a space of ideas, creativity and creation – through people, their projects, and achievements in art, business and technology.
Speaker of Russian Seasons Arabia 2025 and Goodwill Ambassador Laila Rahhal El Atfani emphasised that the Middle East has always been a magnet for nations, uniting cultures, economies and ideas. Meanwhile, festival participant and artist Ruslan Gudiev expressed the view that the event serves as a living bridge between the region and Russia.
“Art is our universal language. Abstract art, like contemporary life, knows no borders and evolves constantly,” he said.
The Russian Seasons festival, first held in 2015, has over the years become a significant cultural phenomenon that unites art, design and the modern creative industry. Its programme traditionally includes large-scale exhibitions, professional discussions with the participation of Russian architects, designers, media representatives and figures from the fashion industry, as well as an annual competition for young talents.
