Malaysian entrepreneur Daniel David: BRICS opens way to international markets for new companies
In an exclusive interview with
BERNAMA news agency, a partner of TV BRICS, Daniel David, founder of a Malaysian innovation development company, noted that the expansion of cooperation between BRICS countries will create new opportunities for start-ups and young professionals in Malaysia.
“I expect there to be more support for startups because BRICS is pushing to invest in green energy, smart cities, digital finance and health tech. So through the New Development bank and partnerships, we could see more funding and support for Malaysian startups in these fields,” he said.
David also noted that participation in the association will allow for faster innovation and testing of ideas in larger markets, while student exchange and professional training programmes will open up access to new resources outside the country.
