It includes 34 stations

Before allowing passengers on board, the station was successfully tested without passengers. All systems such as lighting, air conditioning, ventilation, fire suppression, and train operation were thoroughly tested for safety and efficiency.

The third line of the Cairo metro, implemented in four phases, also includes three maintenance stations for rolling stock operating on the line. these workshops, located in Abbasia, Imbaba and Al-Salam, provide maintenance services for both light and heavy trains and are among the largest in the Middle east and Africa.
