Presidents of UAE and Egypt hold talks



The meeting took place at the Qasr Al Shati residence in Abu Dhabi

The President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, met with his Egyptian counterpart, Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, who was in the UAE on an official visit. This was reported by the
Emirates News Agency (WAM), a partner of TV BRICS.

The meeting took place at the Qasr Al Shati residence in Abu Dhabi. The parties discussed the development of bilateral relations and ways to strengthen cooperation in various areas, especially those that contribute to the achievement of common sustainable development goals and serve the interests of both countries.

The Presidents also reviewed current regional and international issues. Following the talks, they reaffirmed their commitment to regular consultations and coordination between the UAE and Egypt in order to promote security and stability.

After the meeting, the UAE president hosted a lunch in honour of the Egyptian leader.

The meeting was also attended by the UAE Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
