Russian athletes win ice hockey matches at the Sino-Russian Winter Games

The event also included competitions between ice hockey teams from China and Russia, as well as car races on ice

Russians defeated Chinese teams in an ice hockey match on the ice of the border Amur River. A friendly Chinese-Russian ice hockey match was held on the ice of the Amur River near Heihe and Blagoveshchensk.

Children’s, junior and adult teams of the two countries took turns on the ice. Children’s teams from the Amur Region and Heilongjiang Province were the first to take to the ice of the Amur River. The match ended with a 5:1 victory for the Amur Region. This is reported by

Sport is an important part of cultural exchanges between China and Russia. The participants expressed their hope that the event would help deepen co-operation in the ice and snow industry, which is based on tourism, sports, culture and equipment manufacturing.
