Saudi Arabia’s logistics sector shows growth rate of 76%
This was the highest among the ten promising sectors highlighted by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce
A total of 11,928 logistics companies were registered, representing an increase of 76 per cent compared to 6,742 registrations in the previous year. The growth is attributed to increased investment by both local and foreign companies in the development of logistics infrastructure. This is reported by the
Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
In addition to logistics, other sectors such as artificial intelligence technology, container handling, cloud computing, pharmaceuticals, passenger transport, gaming, entertainment, short-term rentals, and mining are also growing rapidly.
These sectors are a priority for Saudi Arabia and represent attractive business opportunities both domestically and internationally, stated the source.
