Tehran is set to host deBlock 2025: The International Blockchain Conference on 6–7 November 2025 (15–16 Aban 1404) at the IRIB International Conference Centre, marking a major milestone in the evolution of Iran’s fintech and digital innovation landscape. TV BRICS will serve as the international media partner of the event.
Held under the theme “The Future of BRICS with Blockchain”, the conference will serve as Iran’s first academic and international forum dedicated to blockchain and digital assets. It aims to bridge the gap between scientific research and industrial practice, encouraging collaboration between academics, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders.
Organised with the participation of key national institutions – including the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology and Allameh Tabataba’i University – the event will feature keynote addresses, expert panels, scientific reviews, and research paper competitions. Discussions will address the technical, economic, legal and social dimensions of blockchain technology, with a focus on its application in global and regional financial systems.
Alongside the conference, an international exhibition will showcase the latest innovations, products and services in blockchain and digital assets, providing a valuable networking and investment platform for startups, research institutions and investors.
deBlock 2025 aims to promote innovation, cross-border cooperation, and responsible digital transformation, positioning Iran as a leader in blockchain research and development within the broader BRICS and global fintech ecosystem.
With participation from over 21 countries, deBlock 2025 is expected to become one of the largest scientific and industrial gatherings in the region, advancing knowledge exchange and innovation in the digital economy.
