The annual event provides a platform for interaction between tourism partners from across the globe

The annual International Tourism Mart is organised specifically for the North Eastern states, with the aim of highlighting the tourism potential of the region. This is reported by

This year’s International Mart is an environmentally oriented event in line with the goals of reducing carbon emission under the ‘Lifestyle for Environment’.

The fair will be attended by dignitaries and representatives of various associations and India’s Tourism Minister Kishan Reddy will inaugurate the event.

The International Tourism Mart will feature business meetings between tourism industry representatives, as well as information sessions and discussions on the region’s transport infrastructure.
