The theme of the event is “New issues in competition law and policy, dimensions, perspectives, and challenges”

The 8th International Competition Conference under the aegis of BRICS opened in New Delhi on Wednesday, 11 October. The event is the most important event to be organised in India after a gap of a decade, she said. The conference is expected to be attended by over 600 delegates from competition authorities of BRICS and non-BRICS countries, competition law experts, non-governmental consultants and visiting specialists from other countries, said Kaur.
