Innovative clothes are being tested in Russia. Such sports uniforms increase endurance and speed up recovery from injuries.

“We combined two disparate things – the field of medicine and clothing. Everything is o improve blood and lymph flow in soft tissues,” said Kirill Orlov, the founder of the functional sportswear company.

The secret lies in the specially treated metal springs. The ready-made elements are attached to the fabric, on which the markings are made beforehand, so that the miracle-parts affect certain muscle groups: for example, in the diaphragm or abs area. There are also sleeves – for arm wrestler training.

“We did testing on several exercises: push-ups on the bars and barbell biceps curls. First, we measured the strength performance of the athlete without sleeves in six approaches and then after a week, when the athlete had recovered, we compared it with the result in sleeves. The final measurement showed that the endurance results grew by about 20 per cent,” said Arkady Bessonov, vice-president of the All-Russian Armwrestling Federation.

According to the inventors, this development has no analogues in the world, and the technology is applicable to any clothing, not just sportswear. This was reported by TV BRICS.
