The second stage of selection of applications for participation in the XIII Expert of the Year 2024 Award has started. TV BRICS is a partner of the competition.

This year, the award has received the status of an international one, and applications from foreign companies are accepted. By the end of February, a shortlist will be formed and submitted to the members of the Expert Council for consideration. In March, they will select the projects included in the internal shortlist. At the third stage of the contest the winners in each of the 20 nominations will be determined.

The award ceremony will take place in Saint Petersburg. Detailed information can be found on the official website of the award.

Traditionally, the Expert of the Year honours leaders who have implemented significant public and business initiatives in Russia and together with Russia in other countries. The aim of the competition is to identify leaders who have realised breakthrough ideas in business.

Last year, more than 2,5 thousand applications from 40 regions were submitted for the contest.

As a reminder, the winner of the
Expert of the Year 2023 award in the Media category was Janna Tolstikova , CEO of TV BRICS. The International Network has launched and is actively developing an exclusive format of international co-operation between the media of the BRICS countries. It is based on the exchange of content produced by the editorial boards of national media in the BRICS countries.
