Foreign investment inflows to Saudi Arabia rose in Q1 2024

The figure reached 9.5 billion Saudi riyals

Net foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows to Saudi Arabia rose by 5.6 per cent in Q1 2024 compared to the same period in 2023. This was reported by
Xinhua News Agency, a partner of TV BRICS.

According to a report by the Kingdom’s General Statistics Office, net FDI inflows during the period totalled 9.5 billion Saudi riyals (about US$2,5 billion), compared to 9 billion riyals (US$2,3 billion) in the same period last year.

Total FDI inflows into the Kingdom’s economy rose to riyal 17 billion (US$4,5 billion) year-on-year.
