India launches initiative to test clean hydrogen
The plan will be implemented by the National Institute of Solar Energy in India
Under the National Green Hydrogen Mission, the Indian government has made public the project that would provide funding for testing facilities, infrastructure, and institutional assistance for the creation of standards and regulatory frameworks. This is reported by
IANS, a partner of TV BRICS.
According to India’s Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, the effort would assist in identifying gaps in the facilities now in place for testing parts, technologies, and procedures in the value chain of clean hydrogen and its derivatives.
In order to guarantee safe operation, the plan will also make it easier to set up new test facilities and upgrade already-existing ones.
