Nicolas Maduro emphasises the role of the Venezuelan people in rebuilding the country
“Together we will restore the foundations of equality, justice and the welfare state,” the head of state wrote
The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, emphasised in his social network account the role of the Venezuelan population in the economic recovery of the country, as reported by Brasil 247, a partner of TV BRICS.
“Sowing, harvesting and production are our daily efforts at this stage of economic recovery and revival. Let’s go step by step, overcoming the difficulties with the unification of those who love Venezuela. Together we will restore the foundations of equality, justice and the welfare state,” said Maduro.
The president said in his account that “Venezuela must continue to advance in food production and become a provider of food for our people and for the world.”
Wilmar Castro Soteldo, Minister of People’s Power for Productive Agriculture and Land, said: “We are showing the world Venezuela’s exceptional potential so that the policies envisaged in the “AgroVenezuela” mission move forward with the internationalisation of agriculture.”
On this occasion, Castro Soteldo, from the state of Anzoategui, stressed that the east of the country has seen an extraordinary growth in livestock, peanuts, chestnuts, cashews, soya beans and other products, and that is why the challenge is to cultivate at least 200 thousand hectares in this region, which has almost 4 million hectares to develop.
