From 1-7 March 2024, Sochi will host the World Youth Festival, an event that will bring together 20,000 Russian and foreign young leaders from various spheres of public life, as well as teenagers representing children’s associations.
One of the activities of the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Support Foundation at the event is the educational programme “NPOs: Creation and Development”. It will be devoted to the theory and practice of developing and implementing international grant projects.
During the three days of the programme, participants will be offered
consultations of representatives of Russian organisations that allocate grants for international projects;
seminars on legal and financial aspects of working with grants;
lectures on the implementation of international grant projects in the field of public diplomacy;
group work on joint international projects.
The working language of the programme is Russian with translation into English.
The programme is open to leaders or managers of Russian or foreign NGOs implementing projects abroad.
Applicants over the age of 35 can participate in the Foundation’s programme without registration on the World Youth Festival website. If the applicant is under 35 years old, he/she will be able to pass the selection only after preliminary registration on the
website of the Festival.
